there is a CURE for SUFFERING

At times like these, when the world feels so small and unjust, and each day is filled with memories, pain, solitude and grief, the burden of life itself seems insurmountable. In the face of such overwhelming circumstances, you might think there’s little anyone can do to ease the suffering.

BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG.

Because now, more than ever, it’s the little things that matter most. A hand to hold. A smiling face. A caring, understanding friend who will not shy away when the difficult times grow harder still. A freedom from pain. A comfortable rest. And the support of those who love you. These are the gifts of Hospice, a profound and lasting service for those nearing the end of life’s journey, as well as those continuing on.

From the Community, For the Community

The Hospice of Limestone County provides a compassionate, healing presence to terminally ill patients and their families in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. In addition to in-home care hospice teams also provides Bereavement Care and Grief Support Groups to anyone in the Limestone County area who is experiencing the pain of loss.

As a community based, non-profit United Way Agency, Hospice of Limestone County serves families regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, or handicap. We work to honor the dignity and individuality of each patient and family we serve. There are no charges for hospice services.
